One Stop Pros

Independent Provider Agreement

Effective date: September 26, 2026

1. What OneStopPros is

OneStopPros provides technology that enables independent service providers and customers to find and contract with one another. OneStopPros does not perform services, does not supervise the work, and is not a party to the service contract between a customer and a provider.

2. Your relationship with OneStopPros

You are an independently established business or service provider. You are not an employee, agent, representative, partner or franchisee of OneStopPros, and nothing in this agreement creates any of those relationships.

Your service relationship is with the customer. OneStopPros' relationship with you is a platform relationship.

3. You control your work

You:

  • choose which services you offer;
  • determine your own availability;
  • accept or reject jobs;
  • may work elsewhere, including on competing platforms;
  • may maintain your own clientele;
  • use your own tools and equipment;
  • control how the services are performed;
  • bear your own business expenses;
  • are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Right to provide services

You represent and warrant that you have the unrestricted legal right and authority to provide the services you offer through the OneStopPros platform in each jurisdiction in which you operate.

5. Licences, permits and qualifications

You are solely responsible for determining whether any licence, permit, registration, certification or other governmental authorization is required to provide any service you offer or perform through the OneStopPros platform.

You represent that you will not offer, accept or perform any service unless you possess all legally required qualifications and authorizations.

OneStopPros does not independently verify or certify your professional qualifications, licences, permits or registrations unless OneStopPros expressly states otherwise.

6. Insurance

You are solely responsible for determining and maintaining any insurance required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for your independent business and the services you perform.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own federal, state and local taxes arising from your services. Payments are settled through our payment processor, which may report them to tax authorities and issue you the corresponding tax form.

8. Screening

Completing OneStopPros' identity and background screening is a condition of being listed. It is a check on who you are, not an endorsement of your work.

9. Accurate information

You certify that the information you provide — including your legal name, business information, service categories and experience — is accurate, and you will keep it up to date.
